Arzet (Persian: ارضت), also Romanized as Arẕet; also known as Erzer,[3] is a village in Shohada Rural District, Yaneh Sar District, Behshahr County, Mazandaran province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 540 in 133 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 269 people in 75 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 535 people in 164 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.[2]
