Ketalem and Sadat Shahr (Persian: كتالم و سادات شهر) is a city in the Central District of Ramsar County, Mazandaran province, Iran.

At the 2006 census, its population was 17,900 in 5,234 households.[3] The following census in 2011 counted 18,962 people in 6,043 households.[4] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 19,716 people in 7,163 households.[2]

The city was formed by the merger of two existing settlements: Ketalem (كتالم), also Romanized as Ketālem and Katālem;[5] and Sadat Mahalleh (سادات مَحَلِّه), also Romanized as Sādāt Maḩalleh; also known as Sādāt Maḩalleh-ye Sakht Sar.[6]
