Natel-e Restaq Rural District (Persian: دهستان ناتل رستاق)[3] is in Chamestan District of Nur County, Mazandaran province, Iran.[4] It is administered from the city of Chamestan.[5]

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 14,067 in 3,557 households.[6] There were 14,507 inhabitants in 4,198 households at the following census of 2011.[7] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 15,608 in 4,966 households. The most populous of its 33 villages was Jurband, with 1,911 people.[2]
