Boq Mej Rural District (Persian: دهستان بق مج) is in the Central District of Chenaran County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Baqmach.[3]
At the National Census of 2006, its population was 3,945 in 917 households.[4] There were 3,142 inhabitants in 841 households at the following census of 2011.[5] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 3,270 in 980 households. The most populous of its five villages was Baqmach, with 1,777 people.[2]
