Hakimabad (Persian: حكيم اباد)[a] is a village in, and the capital of, Hakimabad Rural District of Seyyedabad District, Chenaran County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran.[4]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 942 in 220 households, when it was in Radkan Rural District of the Central District.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 815 people in 239 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 771 people in 234 households.[2]

In August 2019, the rural district was separated from the district in the establishment of Radkan District and Seyyedabad District, each of which was divided into two rural districts.[4]
