Qaleh-ye Shiyan (Persian: قلعه شيان), also Romanized as Qaleh-ye Shian, Qal‘eh-ye Shīān and Qal‘eh-ye Sheyān; also known as Shīān and Shīyān,[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Shiyan Rural District[4] of the Central District of Eslamabad-e Gharb County, Kermanshah province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 2,252 in 514 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 2,217 people in 600 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 1,923 people in 586 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.[2]
