Bayangan (Persian: باينگان), also Romanized as Bāyangān and Bāyengān,[3] is a city in, and the capital of, Bayangan District of Paveh County, Kermanshah province, Iran.[4]

At the 2006 census, its population was 1,634 in 431 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 1,731 people in 452 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 1,513 people in 457 households.[2]
