Dugan-e Olya (Persian: دوگان عليا)[a] was a village in Qarah Bolagh Rural District of Sheshdeh and Qarah Bolagh District, Fasa County, Fars province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 1,379 in 334 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 1,503 people in 409 households.[2]

In January 2013, the villages of Hoseynabad, Beyk Inanlu, Dugan-e Olya, Dugan-e Sofla, and Jargheh merged to form the new city of Qarah Bolagh.[5]
