Charam Rural District (Persian: دهستان چرم) is in the Central District of Kalat County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Charam-e Kohneh,[2] whose population at the 2016 National Census was 674 in 231 households.[3]

Charam Rural District was established in the district after the census, and Hezarmasjed Rural District was separated from the district in the establishment of Hezarmasjed District.[2]
