Tangrah (Persian: تنگ راه)[a] is a village in, and the capital of, Golestan Rural District of Loveh District, Galikash County, Golestan province, Iran.[4]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 1,078 in 292 households, when it was in Qaravolan Rural District of the former Galikash District of Minudasht County.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 1,417 people in 370 households,[6] by which time the district had been separated from the county in the establishment of Galikash County.[4] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 1,325 people in 351 households.[2]
