St. Thomas' Church, Crookes

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

St Thomas Church, Crookes - now known as ‘STC Sheffield’ - is an ecumenical church with united Anglican and Baptist traditions, in Crookes, Sheffield, England. The building still retains most of its original architecture, although a substantial expansion was made in the 1980s.

STC Sheffield has a strong emphasis on cells and clusters, encouraging all church members to join one of the many cluster and cell groups in the church.

Like many churches across the world, 2020 saw STC develop online church moving from pre recorded videos to live streamed servcies.

The 20th May 2021 saw the church enter a new chapter with the licensing of the new Rector Revd Tom Finnemore.
