Salehabad District (Persian: بخش صالح‌آباد) is in Mehran County, Ilam province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Salehabad.[3]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 3,859 in 795 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 3,355 people in 814 households.[5] At the latest census in 2016, the district had 3,529 inhabitants in 957 households.[2]
