Rudolec (until 1946 Německý Rudolec; German: Deutsch Rudoletz) is a municipality and village in Žďár nad Sázavou District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 200 inhabitants.

Rudolec lies approximately 12 kilometres (7 mi) south-west of Žďár nad Sázavou, 21 km (13 mi) north-east of Jihlava, and 122 km (76 mi) south-east of Prague.
