Karlov is a municipality and village in Žďár nad Sázavou District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 100 inhabitants.

Karlov lies approximately 10 kilometres (6 mi) north of Žďár nad Sázavou, 37 km (23 mi) north-east of Jihlava, and 118 km (73 mi) south-east of Prague.
