Kafdehak (Persian: كفدهك)[a] is a village in, and the capital of, Kafdehak Rural District[4][b] of the Central District of Kharameh County, Fars province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 1,520 in 356 households, when it was in the former Korbal District of Shiraz County.[6] The following census in 2011 counted 1,760 people in 471 households,[7] by which time the district had been separated from the county in the establishment of Kharameh County.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 1,556 people in 476 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.[2]
