Tróclea del húmero

En un hueso, se llama tróclea o polea a la eminencia construida por dos bordes prominentes y un carril intermedio, a semejanza de una polea de mecánica. Así, tenemos la tróclea del húmero, de las falanges primeras y segundas, etc.

La tróclea es un tipo de eminencia ósea de las articulaciones móviles al igual que los cóndilos o nudillos y las cabezas.
