Telmatobius es un género de anfibios anuros, el único de la familia Telmatobiidae.[1] Es endémica de la cordillera andina en Sudamérica, pudiéndose encontrar en Ecuador, Perú, Bolivia, noroeste de Argentina y noreste de Chile.
