Wayne Michael (Mike) Godwin (n. 26 de octubre de 1956) es un abogado estadounidense conocido por el enunciado contra la analogía nazi.[1]​ Trabajó como asesor de la Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) y después para la Fundación Wikimedia. En marzo de 2011 fue elegido miembro de la junta del Open Source Initiative.[2]​
