George Christopher Williams (12 de mayo de 1926-8 de septiembre de 2010) fue un biólogo evolutivo estadounidense.
Fue profesor de biologÍa en la Universidad Estatal de Nueva York en Stony Brook.[1][2] Fue conocido por su crítica enérgica de la selección de grupo. El trabajo de Williams en esta área, junto con William Donald Hamilton, John Maynard Smith y otros condujo al desarrollo de una visión de la evolución genética en la década de 1960.
