Velký Malahov is a municipality and village in Domažlice District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 200 inhabitants.

Velký Malahov lies approximately 21 kilometres (13 mi) north of Domažlice, 34 km (21 mi) south-west of Plzeň, and 118 km (73 mi) south-west of Prague.
