Tourian (Persian: توريان, also Romanized as Tūrīān, Tūreyān, Tūrīyān, and Tūryān)[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Ramkan Rural District of the Central District of Qeshm County, Hormozgan province, Iran. The village suffered heavily in the 2005 Qeshm earthquake.[4]
At the 2006 National Census, its population was 2,051 in 430 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 1,969 people in 453 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 2,339 people in 625 households.[2]
