Seimeni is a commune in Constanța County, Northern Dobruja, Romania.

The commune includes three villages:

  • Seimeni (historical name: Seimenii Mari, Turkish: Seymenköy)
  • Dunărea (historical names: Boasgic, Turkish: Boğazcık)
  • Seimenii Mici (Turkish: Küçük Seymenköy)
