Pachehlak-e Gharbi Rural District (Persian: دهستان پاچه‌لک غربی) is in the Central District of Azna County, Lorestan province, Iran.[3] Its former capital was the village of Shahrak-e Almahdi.[4]

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 12,864 in 2,744 households.[5] There were 13,471 inhabitants in 3,589 households at the following census of 2011.[6] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 10,237 in 2,825 households. The largest of its 39 villages was Gorji, with 2,971 people.[2]
