Koregah-e Sharqi Rural District (Persian: دهستان كرگاه شرقي) is in the Central District of Khorramabad County, Lorestan province, Iran.[3] Its capital is the village of Darai,[4] transferred from Dinarvand-e Olya.[5]

Demographics

Population

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the rural district's population was 11,294 in 2,217 households.[6] There were 12,456 inhabitants in 2,643 households at the following census of 2011.[7] The 2016 census measured the population of the rural district as 11,759 in 2,731 households. The most populous of its 34 villages was Darai, with 3,151 people.[2]
