Khomeh-ye Sofla (Persian: خمه سفلي), also Romanized as Khomeh Soflá; also known as Khvomeh-ye Pā’īn and Khomeh-ye Pā’īn,[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Khomeh Rural District of the Central District of Aligudarz County, Lorestan province, Iran.[4]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 860 in 188 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 849 people in 236 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 731 people in 227 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.[2]
