Haft Cheshmeh (Persian: هفت چشمه)[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Jaber-e Ansar Rural District of the Central District of Abdanan County, Ilam province, Iran.[4] The village is populated by Lurs.[5]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 1,738 in 337 households, when it was in the former Cham Kabud Rural District of Sarab Bagh District.[6] The following census in 2011 counted 1,697 people in 408 households.[7] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 1,608 people in 454 households,[2] by which time it was in Jaber-e Ansar Rural District of the Central District.[4]
