Condolence Telegram from German President Gustav Heinemann on death of Mathias in 1969

Copy of telegram in my possession. The original was received by my great aunt, Erika Wieman, nee Meingast. She made a copy and mailed the copy to my parents Michael and Carol. She wrote a note on the copy at the bottom referring to my parents Michael and Carol. Since it was sent from the president of Germany, I assume it is in the public domain. What I have in my possession is a photocopy of the original.
