Back with only the handwritten number '36663' added, at lower centre right, to the standard printed design & text. More information about the artist would be appreciated.

Found online; Taken from an old & now long-defunct sales listing.

Created during WWI, therefore obviously pre-1923; uploaded here to avoid Commons' "dual jurisdiction" PD rule.
