Bar Aftab Rural District (Persian: دهستان برآفتاب) is in Danakuh District of Semirom County, Isfahan province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Kareh Dan.[3]

In February 2012, Padena-ye Olya Rural District was separated from Padena District in the establishment of Danakuh District, which was divided into two rural districts.[3]

At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 5,104 in 1,547 households. The most populous of its 26 villages was Kifteh, with 929 people.[2]
