Premio Dickson

De Wikipedia, la enciclopedia libre

El Dickson Prize in Medicine (Premio Dickson en Medicina) y el Dickson Prize in Science (Premio Dickson en Ciencia) fueron establecidos en 1969 por Joseph Z. Dickson y Agnes Fischer Dickson. En el 2006, 11 de los ganadores de dichos premios han ganado también el Premio Nobel.[1]

Premio Dickson en Medicina

El Premio Dickson en Medicina es entregado anualmente por la Universidad de Pittsburgh, reconociendo aquellas aportaciones que han realizado un significante y progresiva contribución a la medicina. El premio incluye una dotación de 50.000 $, una medalla de bronce, y una Dickson Prize Lecture.
