Polidectes (en griego antiguo, 'Πολυδέκτης'), fue un rey de Esparta y miembro de la dinastía Europontíada que reinó desde c. 830 hasta c. 800 a. C. Fue sucedido por Eunomo. Según Pausanias, era hijo de Eunomo; y durante su mandato, en Esparta reinó la paz,[1]​ mientras que para Heródoto era hijo de Pritanis y padre de Eunomo.[2]​
