Nelson Castanheira de Barros Falcão (Río de Janeiro, 30 de abril de 1946) es un regatista brasileño. Ganó una medalla de bronce en la clase Star con Torben Grael en los Juegos Olímpicos de 1988. Al año siguiente, junto a Alan Adler, se convirtió en el primer brasileño en ser campeón mundial de Star. En la década de 1990, comenzó a trabajar en Marina da Glória, en Río de Janeiro.[1]​[2]​[3]​
