En la mitología incaica de los habitantes próximos al Lago Titicaca (Perú y Bolivia), Ka-Ata-Killa era una diosa con forma de Luna.

Cuenta la leyenda que en la zona del Lago Titicaca se adoraba a la Luna bajo el nombre de Ka-Ata-Killa, creada por el dios Viracocha Pachayachachiq, creador de todas las cosas. La Luna, como venganza en un momento de su reinado, habría provocado un cataclismo precipitándose sobre la Tierra.
