Justicia Nacional fue un partido político peruano de ideología liberal fundado por Jaime Salinas, quien postuló por el partido a la presidencia de la república en las elecciones generales del 2006, donde obtuvo 0.449% de los votos emitidos.[1]​

En la actualidad el partido no se encuentra inscrito en el Jurado Nacional de Elecciones, por lo cual no es oficialmente considerado un partido político y no puede participar en ninguna elección.[2]​
