Carlota Sofía de Sajonia-Coburgo-Saalfeld (en alemán, Charlotte Sophie von Sachsen-Coburg-Saalfeld; Coburgo, 24 de septiembre de 1731-Schwerin, 2 de agosto de 1810), duquesa en Sajonia, fue una duquesa alemana.

Era la hija del duque Francisco Josías de Sajonia-Coburgo-Saalfeld y de la princesa Ana Sofía de Schwarzburgo-Rudolstadt. A través de su hermano, el duque Ernesto Federico de Sajonia-Coburgo-Saalfeld, era tía abuela del rey Leopoldo I de Bélgica y tía bisabuela del rey Leopoldo II de Bélgica, la emperatriz Carlota de México, la reina Victoria del Reino Unido y su consorte, el príncipe Alberto de Sajonia-Coburgo-Gotha.
