La sopa de granada es una sopa iraní e iraquí (ash) hecha con zumo y semillas de granada, arveja silvestre partida, ternera picada, hojas de menta, especias y otras ingredientes. Se llama Nar çorbasi en Turquía ash-e anār en Irán (persa: آش انار; azerí: انار آشی) y shorbat rumman en Irak.[1][2][3][4]
