El arroyo de Mataojo es un curso de agua uruguayo que atraviesa el departamento de Maldonado, perteneciente a la cuenca del Plata.

Nace en la sierra de Carapé, desemboca en el río de la Plata tras recorrer alrededor de 50 km.
