English: The theme of the introduction played by piano. The original score was performed on October 25 1875 in Boston (Massachusetts) conducted by Benjamin Johnson Lang and played by Hans von Bülow.[1]
Polski: Temat wstępu grany przez fortepian. Premiera utworu miała miejsce 25 października 1875 w Bostonie (Massachusetts) pod dyrekcją Benjamina Johnsona Langa. Partię solową wykonał Hans von Bülow.
