Zarabad (Persian: زراباد), also Romanized as Zarābād,[3] is a village in Moallem Kalayeh Rural District of Alamut-e Sharqi District, Qazvin County, Qazvin province, Iran. Zarabad is located on Ovan Lake.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 342 in 129 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 322 people in 135 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 895 people in 334 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.[2]
