[CLOCK TICKING] I know nothing about investments you know, I'm a college educated guy and I still am very challenged at that. [MUSIC] I kind of live very short term and immediate gratification is my best friend. I don't feel like I'm going to retire but then I don't plan on getting old so I don't know how that's gonna work out. [Music] You know, the problem for human beings is that we're living in the moment unfortunately that's not the way the world works we do have to worry about the well-being of the people we're going to become later down the road. [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] I think we need both financial literacy and help. That is if you don't even know what you don't know then you might not know to ask for help. [Music] I love what I do I enjoy meeting people and I enjoy trying to find out how I can best be of service to them. We help people figure out their puzzles, they come to us usually with a lot of challenges and issues and concerns and our job is to listen. It's about that person at that moment at that time. This is hard this is not it's not easy to figure out your financial life. [MUSIC] [CLOCK TICKING] [CLOCK TICKING] I met this lady right before she retired and there was a lot of things that she was nervous about and uncertain about. I let her breath. All of the concerns that she had about her retirement and where the money was going to come from. So a part of completing a plan was really just listening to her and allowing her to literally dump all of those emotions. We want to make sure that they're protected and they thought of everything they can think up. Prudential positions itself so that we are able to to help people meet the challenges that they are facing. Most clients come to us very nervous feel like they failed because they need professional help but once they leave the office they usually leave with a smile because they feel like the whole burden has been lifted off their shoulders. What we know is that with the right set of financial advice they can actually do very well. [MUSIC] [MUSIC] The biggest challenge is looking at things individually where I am right now at this moment and can you help me and I would say to you that Prudential provides the answer to that question and that is yes we can help.
