Waterman Broadcasting Corporation was a small American television broadcasting company based in Fort Myers, Florida. It was founded in 1978 by Bernard Waterman and was concurrent with the purchase of WBBH-TV from Broadcast Telecasting Services, Inc.[1]

On April 5, 2023, it was announced that Hearst Television would be purchasing NBC affiliate WBBH from Waterman Broadcasting for $220.5 million, pending FCC approval. The purchase would also include the LMA rights to Montclair Communications-owned ABC sister WZVN, meaning that Waterman Broadcasting ceased operations June 30, 2023.[2][3][4]
