UFC on ESPN: Barber vs. Namajunas (also known as UFC on ESPN 59) is an upcoming mixed martial arts event produced by the Ultimate Fighting Championship that will take place on July 13, 2024, at the Ball Arena in Denver, Colorado, United States.[1][2]

Background

The event will mark the promotion's seventh visit to Denver and first since UFC Fight Night: The Korean Zombie vs. Rodríguez in November 2018.[2]

A women's flyweight bout between Maycee Barber and former two-time UFC Women's Strawweight Champion Rose Namajunas is expected to headline the event.[3]

Chris Duncan was scheduled to face Nazim Sadykhov in a lightweight bout.[4] However, Duncan was replaced by Marquel Mederos due to undisclosed reasons.[5]

A lightweight bout between Drew Dober and Mike Davis was expected to take place at this event.[6] However, Davis was forced to withdraw due to a torn bicep and it is unknown at this time whether Dober will have a replacement.[7]
