Tulem District (Persian: بخش تولم) is in Sowme'eh Sara County, Gilan province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Marjaghal.[3]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 29,355 in 8,131 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 27,582 people in 8,714 households.[5] At the latest census in 2016, the district had 25,791 inhabitants in 8,769 households.[2]
