Text of the Torts (Interference with Goods) Act 1977 as in force today (including any amendments) within the United Kingdom, from legislation.gov.uk.

The Torts (Interference with Goods) Act 1977 (c. 32) is an act of Parliament to amend the law in England, Wales and Northern Ireland concerning conversion and other torts affecting goods.[1]

Under the act, detinue was abolished.[2]
