Tim Simonec (born June 11, 1951) is a composer, orchestrator, conductor, and arranger.[1][2] He is known for work in film and TV series such as the production of the soundtrack for Whiplash (2014)[3] and conducting the orchestra for Zootopia,[4] Lost,[5][6] and The Incredibles.[7] He is also known for scoring the video games The Incredibles and Ratatouille. He won the award for Grammy Award for Best Instrumental Arrangement in 2009 with Michael Giacchino.[8][9]
