Tayven Jackson (born January 5, 2004) is an American football quarterback for the Indiana Hoosiers.

High school career

Jackson attended Center Grove High School in Greenwood, Indiana.[1] During his career, he passed for 4,813 yards and 47 touchdowns. He committed to the University of Tennessee to play college football.[2]

College career

Jackson appeared in three games as a true freshman at Tennessee in 2022. After the season, he entered the transfer portal and transferred to Indiana University Bloomington.[3] In his first year at Indiana in 2023, he competed with Brendan Sorsby for the starting job. After two games of splitting time, he was named the starter prior to the team's third game.[4][5]

Personal life

His brother, Trayce Jackson-Davis, played college basketball at Indiana and currently plays for the Golden State Warriors in the NBA.[6] His father, Ray Jackson, played in the NFL.[7]
