The SoCal Premier League (SoCal Premier) is an amateur men's soccer league in the U.S. state of California affiliated with the United States Adult Soccer Association. First founded in 1976 for teams in Southern California, the league is headquartered in Garden Grove, California and employs promotion and relegation between three levels.[1][2]

Professional affiliation

On April 2, 2021, the National Independent Soccer Association announced it had entered an amateur league affiliation agreement with SoCal Premier.[3] The deal allowed SoCal to have an active participant on the NISA Alliance Board, earn at least two merit-based spots in the annual NISA Independent Cup tournament, and gives the league closer access to the association's professional teams.
