Scutia is a genus of flowering plants in the family Rhamnaceae, native to the Galápagos, South America, Africa, Madagascar, the Mascarene Islands, the Indian subcontinent, Sri Lanka, southern China and Southeast Asia. They are shrubs or small trees.[2]
