Sar Takht (Persian: سرتخت)[3] is a village in Horr Rural District of Dinavar District, Sahneh County, Kermanshah province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 531 in 122 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 361 people in 102 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 434 people in 135 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.[2]
