In his homeland, Servín played for 12 de Octubre,[2] Sportivo Luqueño,[3] Cerro Porteño,[4] Deportivo Santaní, Sol de América,[5] Nacional Asunción[6] and Sportivo Trinidense.[7]

Abroad, Servín had stints in Switzerland with FC Sion,[8] Chile with Everton[9][10] and Coquimbo Unido[11] and Peru with Comerciantes Unidos.[12]
